Carole Baloun

Carole Baloun recently joined Inland Real Estate Development LLC as the Leasing and Marketing Director at Elmhurst Pointe after having worked 16 years in residential real estate. She holds a Real Estate Brokers license and has sold and leased over $150 million in properties including residential homes, townhomes, condos, apartment buildings and land. She also served overseas in Japan as a civilian secretary with the U.S. Air Force, holding a Top Secret Security Clearance.

She holds an A.A. degree in business from College of DuPage as well as a Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate from Waubonsee Community College . Her knowledge of real estate and experience in working with the senior community give her the experience and insight to assess the needs of residents, potential residents and their families. She helps find resources to help them downsize their possessions to complement their chosen apartment, stage and sell their home, and addresses any other concerns through presentations or private discussion so they can fully enjoy living at Elmhurst Pointe.

Paula Fagan

Paula Fagan is the Activity Director for LaGrange Pointe. In this role, Paula researches, plans and oversees the execution of all events and activities for our senior residents. She manages a team of activity representatives to make sure each activity is completed with the utmost attention to detail. Paula draws from years of customer service experience at The Chicago Theater planning special events and helping patrons as well as in the Advertising industry, managing million dollar accounts.

In addition to planning activities and events, Paula embraces the concept of being the “go to” person for the residents in our community for making travel plans, dinner reservations, etc. as part of the concierge services residents receive daily.

Paula is a qualified event and marketing professional with a combined total experience of over 25 years. Paula holds a bachelor of arts degree in Communications from LaSalle University in Philadelphia , Pa. She is married with children and resides in Bolingbrook , IL .

Laura Mendoza

Laura Mendoza is the Property Administrator for LaGrange Pointe. Responsibilities include overseeing all building maintenance and operations as well as supervising staff at multiple locations.

With over 25 years of total management experience, Laura finds her work to be fulfilling as keeping residents satisfied is the number one priority. She credits hiring a tremendous staff that all work hard to keep our residents happy about their decision to move into LaGrange Pointe. Welcoming family members to come enjoy our community with their loved ones is also something Laura encourages daily.

Laura is a qualified property management professional with 15 years of her total experience in overseeing new construction jobs. The last 6 years she has devoted her time and energies in senior housing.

Her door is always open to listen to the needs of our residents and their families. Married with children, Laura resides in Aurora , IL .
